Had to return them

Bought them a few weeks ago.Tried one of them on 16” steel wheels and they were too loose on the rim even with the steel retention ring installed properly. The instructions say to move the retention ring down to the lower slots. Could not do this as the lower slots on this wheel cover are not formed into the tabs.
