Q: i purchased the magmetic key holder and now i cant get to open
6 years agoA: Not sure if the holder is empty or if you can't open it after placing a key inside? We would suggest to find something secure that you can use to pull open the holder tray and see if anything is blocking or causing not to slide open correctly. If so, lightly tap or shake the holder to realign the slide.
