Poor quality control

The mats looked okay in the store lighting. When I got them outside, they weren't clear in colour. The plastic had a pinkish/purplish tinge. It looked terrible on top of the tan carpeting in my vehicle. I had to return them. Don't waste your money on this one.

I guess the reason why people buy clear mats is to keep the original look as much as possible. They offer a little bit of protection against scuffing and staining your oem carpets but offer little of anything else in terms of spills, mud, slush, etc. If you want to keep your oem mats looking like new, I say buy a set of good plush replacements and keep your oems for summer (or dont use them at all). These clear plastic ones tend to discolor and yellow over time. Prone to cracking in cold weather too. But for the price, you can buy a couple and change the mats as often as you want
