Lock Works Great With Excellent Support

I have had the lock working for months now and it is so convenient. Easy to use and auto check with automations that the door is locked every night. Easily let family in when not home. The Bridge helps with wifi and battery life and the support team is EXCELLENT if needed. Highly recommend.

Frustrating

This has only worked …intermittently for over six months. Numerous plug location changes, rebooting WiFi, rebooting modem, reinstalling the device…all to no avail. The ‘help’ assumes the user is at fault. Makes the lock and pad not useable wirelessly. Caution before buying. Eats up a LOT of time.

Stopped working. August disabled ALL Connect brodges outside USA and not flagging in its advertsing. Money for nothing

Doesn't last, poor quality and expensive

Never worked properly, i had to restart it every now and then. Stopped working completely after 4 years, now I have to buy a new Wi-Fi bridge or change my lock completely. I do not recommend this product, especially since it's expensive.

Can't set up

"You do not own any devices compatible with bridge." I've had my 2nd gen lock for years. Works great. Got this to replace an earlier connect that was unreliable. My mistake.
