The product was fine but the pick up process was horrible

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent online order pickup at the Coquitlam location on Seguin Dr. Upon arrival, the online order pickup storage locker was non-operational, though there was no signage indicating it was out of service. When I inquired with an associate at the self-checkout, I was informed that the locker system has never been functioning. She then called another team member to retrieve my item, which resulted in a 10-minute wait. When the item was brought out, a key component (the strap) was missing. The representative had to request a second unit, leading to an additional 10-minute wait. However, the second item brought to me was a completely different brand/model from what I had ordered. Not wanting to delay the process further, I ultimately accepted a compatible alternative instead of the original product. Overall, the pickup process took over 20 minutes due to system failures and incorrect item retrieval. I hope this feedback helps improve the operational readiness and staff coordination for your online order pickup service at this store.

Great battery box, lower rating because no strap included despite the label saying so. Turns out all of the boxes on the shelf had 0 straps. Did someone liberate the straps from the store?
