The wheels themselves are fine but the service (CT's real product) was terrible. And this was the second time in a row I got poor service for puchasing wheels from CT. The last time I bought new snow tires as well as the rims and CT sold me the wrong size after consulting their database. This time I asked that they take the snow tires which were left inside my car, mount them on the new wheels I just bought, dispose of the old wheels and put the new wheels on the car and the summer tires which were on the car, inside the car. After the work was done, I found that the summer tires had been put back on the car and the new wheels put inside the car. I then consulted the invoice and it definitely said to put the summer tires inside the car. When I mentioned the error, I was told it would be corrected in 30min. After 90 minutes, I asked what was happening and was then told that it would be another 4 hours. That meant another Uber trip home and back to CT. About 10 minutes after getting home CT called me to tell me that the job was now done and I could pick up the car. This really isn't good enough. I am out of pocket $35 for the two Uber trips I should not have had to take. I would like to be reimbursed (Canadian Tire money is acceptable). If not, in future, my family and I will purchase our tires and wheels elsewhere. For a company with the word "tire" in its name, I thought CT would be a good bet. I was wrong. CT really needs to improve.

Be prepared to buy new lug nuts !! Get them on Amazaon.ca 1/4 the price of NAPA !!

WARNING. The vehicle tire iron will not fit in the holes to get at the lug nuts. You will need a thin wall socket to change a tire.
