this cushion purchased one. achieved the reason I purchased one, I needed to improve the softness of my car seat. It also improved the ability to increase my window shade, I now sit 1.5 inches higher and get less sun light and oncoming vehicle lights coming through the windshield.

A: Yes you can but it would be pointless because it would insulate your butt from the heated seat. So you can use it with a car that has heated seats but you might as well turn off the heat. Also, why would you want to use this if you have padded car seats? Are you car seats that uncomfortable?
