Really helps keep the juices in the food, instead of all over the BBQ. The copper mat seems better than the black non-stick grilling sheet made by COOKINA, though both seem to do the same job. I have used both regularly over the years. Depends what is available at your store! But either the squirrels or mice like to eat the black on! Oh well!
