KEEP COOL HAT

My hubby, more than most husbands, gets overheated cutting our lawn. His long hair and very long beard may have something to do with that! He tried this hat and wet the inside as instructed. He soon discovered he was considerably cooler for quite a bit of time cutting grass again. He did return to the hose to wet the hat a couple of times before finishing the lawn but found it kept the sweat off his brow the sun off his face and cooled his whole head down by at least 20% We do have a rather large lawn to cut but now we have a cool looking dude cutting the lawn!

Keeps your head cool for a while

Was looking for a wide brimmed summer hat to protect my head and face and stumbled across this hat on the Canadian Tire website. I researched some videos and it seemed to get great reviews so I figured I'd try it out. Went to a cottage for a week and tested it out and it worked great! Dunked that hat in the river and squeezed it out and put it on my head; instant cooling! Obviously it gradually dried out, but even dry it kept my head cooler than without a hat. Dunked it in the water again and had a cool head again. Had a few trickles of water run down my face, but since I was sun tanning, it didn't bother me; it might bother me if I was out wearing a t-shirt or shirt. Despite the water trickles, I'd say this is definitely a worthy purchase!
