Q: does it come with a frame? Looking at the product picture supplied on the web, does it come with a frame, as most lawn tractors do not have something square on top to make that image!

A: No frame.. I don't know what they took a picture of, because it is not square, and it has an elastic along the bottom. Does not look like the photo at all.

A: The 60-1842 cover will fit most brands of lawn and garden tractors. Assembled dimensions are approximately 72 inches long, 42 inches wide and 42 inches high. It will not fit over a tractor with rear grass bags attached.
