Key cut

Air fresheners were great. What wasn't was getting a key cut for a 2003 Chevy Tracker, the person failed to cut me a key twice, wouldn't even open my car doors, twice, then the person told me it had a chip in it?? I explained the only chip in my car is in the ecu, everything in my car is manual and the key he was copying was from the dealership. He just couldn't cut a key. Won't be going back for anything there unless I'm desperate.
