Q: How do you measure the amount of comfort granules when the directions tell you to add 150 grams of granules per 1,000 litre, but the measure inside the lid is in mls? How can you know the amount of grams per mls? Same issue with the bromine.

A: Hi Amie, you can use the lid to measure the correct amount of product. Easy rule of thumb is 1ml = 1g. The lids are graduated by 20ml, 40ml,60ml. Thank You.

Q: If I add Spa Aquarius Comfort softener and conditioner, will it help to lower the ph and alkalinity? I have put in the Spa Minus but my ph and alkalinity level remains high.

Q: Is this suitable for use in a spa bathtub? Aquarius Spa Comfort Granules, 450 g Product #81-3724-6 We have a spa tub and bought this product to soften the water. The tub has a pump and nozzles - a normal home bath spa.
