Very hard to apply. Vinyl kept curling and melted with the glue. Came off after 24 hours.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. When applying this product, it is always good to remember that the glue covers all corners, curves, and edges. If there is a piece exposed by air, this could potentially happen.

A: It is a roll which you cut to suit the size of the hole. So the answer would be dependant on how large your holes are is how many holes it would cover.

Q: Do I need to drain my pool for this to seal? I have a leak around the pump holes. Some reviews are saying yes, some no. Thanks in advance for your opinion and experience.

A: This kit can be used underwater. Cut the patch just a bit larger than the hole you are patching (not too big). Cut the patch in a round shape (rather than square edges which tend to lift). Wipe down the area to be patched with a clean rag. Apply glue to the patch and allow it to get “tacky”. Fold the tacky sides of the patch together (taco style) so glue will not wash off while going underwater for application (Do not allow edges to touch as this will cause patch to stick to itself and it will be difficult to separate). You may have to adjust the correct amount of glue for secure application.

Q: I purchased an inflatable pool and there's a small hole in the ring. Will it work for the vinyl on it as it's not underwater?

A: Yes, it would hold, but we would recommend testing it on a small surface area of your bouncy castle before repairing the hole.

Q: Can this glue be used on the inflatable prompt classic spa i bought there? Have the patches that came in repair kit, but the glue has dried up. similar to the coleman spa in guessing. I just dont want the glue to dissolve the area being treated. Thanks

A: These repair kits are normally used for pool liners but also work for thicker PVC inflatable pools. It is difficult to provide an accurate answer without knowing the thickness and quality of the PVC. I would recommend testing on a small area which is not part of the inflated structure prior to applying on the damaged area.
