Q: How do I measure it? Lady at the pool store told me to start with 1.5 kilolitter? Reading product bottle we are guessing to start with 125 g. Still either way how do I measures? Came with no kind of measuring device?

    1 Answer
    • A: Grams and ml are equivalent so the consumer can just use a regular measuring cup to measure 125g 125g is half of a cup (250ml or grams is one cup)

Q: My PH level says to add 400 grams but the Aquarius water test app says to add 2.7 kg to lower alkalinity. (12 cups) Is this correct?!

    1 Answer
    • A: This is correct. You always need to adjust your alkalinity first as it affects the fluctuation of the pH. In this case, it seems like your alkalinity was on the low side. The Aquarius app recommended to add alkalinity to reach the target between 80 -120 ppm. Unfortunately the side effect of adding alkalinity is, it does increase the pH. As the App recommends that you need to recalibrate your pH accordingly to reach between 7.2 -7.8 ppm. We recommend waiting 4 hours in between while adding the products. Next time for accuracy, we would recommend to give the following information; water parameter readings and pool volume.
