Q: Can you use this product with a pool that has been been strictly using bromine pucks and granules?

A: I ONLY USED IT ONCE SO I CAN'T REALLY COMMENT...I do not think it would be a problem as all these pool products work together usually.

Q: do you put these pucks in the puck floater? I have an 18 ft above ground pool...what is the most effective way to use them?

A: They can be placed in any regular dispensing device (floater, skimmer, etc.), but make sure to check the dissolution rate to ensure that there is always a puck in use so that the chlorine level does not drop below the recommended value.

A: Hi, the Duo puck is a multi-action tablet. It is made of stabilized chlorine which is your sanitizer but it also contains a small percentage of Copper sulfate. The Copper sulfate has a powerful algaecide property. Thank you
