Q: What is the difference between Chlor and Shock? Both list 70% calcium hypochlorite, 70% available chlorine, and both have the same directions with the same quantities per 10,000L?

Q: I have a coleman 22x12x52 pool that is 26,845 L. I've calculated that based on 150g/10,000L I would need approx 400g, however since there is no scoop with this product how much would that equal using a measuring cup?

A: Yes when now the water is a little cold for the chlorine generator to produce chlorine. Any temperature less that 50 degrees F you need to supply the chlorine. If your worried there are test kits that let you know what the level is

A: Hi, we do not recommend using granular chorine to sanitize or shock spa water. It raises very quickly th pH and make it difficult to stabilize. Chlorine granules can also sit at the bottom when added to water and damage the acrylic. Thank you
