Q: How to use this product Hi, I followed the instructions and poored the entire bottle of the product in the pool. Its almost 80,000L and I had algae and never used the product. it created a faom on top of pool. is this normal?

A: Product # 81-3700 is a foaming algaecide, it prevents the algae but it doesn’t get rid of it. We recommend to shock the pool to get rid of the algae by using a more concentrated algaecide. We suggest to use product # 081-3730-0 (1L CONCENTRATED LIQUID ALGAECIDE). I hope this helps.
