One of the best kitchen tools, we own two of them. If you don't own a vacuum sealer it really doesn't matter as you can use the displacement method. Everything cooked perfectly. You have to brown some dishes for presentation only.

Anova sous vide machine

I bought this one to replace my broken instant pot souse vide machine. I like to use it in my instant pot because the pot is insulated, the new Anova works well but doesn't fit on the pot as well and requires more water. Also the low and high water marks on the Anova are very hard to see.

Excellent product very quiet

Bought this to make fermented yogurt. It is very quiet and keeps the temperature as displayed. My yogurt turns out perfect every time. I purchased a more expensive different brand Sous vide before this and returned it after one use. It was making such a loud noise. Highly recommend this one.

A: Hello, thank you for your question. You do not need to use a smartphone for this, you have the option to use this manually too. We currently don't carry a plastic container to cover this. Hope this helps!

A: We currently do not carry any Anova accessories, however you can simply use the sous vide as is. Please ensure your ingredients are contained in a sealed clear bag. The sous vide performs better when the bag has been vacuum sealed.
