The pots and pans were returned immediately as I purchased pots separately elsewhere. The glass containers are not all the same quality. The second largest one is chipped and is a different color than the others. I will be taking them back

Lids split easily

We just purchased these glass storage containers with the lids and we already have one with a crack in it. I find it is fairly common with these containers to have the lids split after a lot of use but one to split so soon is different. We did not put the lid in the dishwasher, we hand wash the lids, it split just trying to get it onto the bowl.

Q: What is the difference between the Anchor Hocking blue lid container and the red lid container?

A: The price. I don't know why but the red ones often go on sale but we wanted the blue ones. So we waited over a year for them to go on sale. Didn’t happen so we finally paid full price. I have no idea why they would only put red ones on sale and not the blue ones.

Q: How to obtain warranty on this product? Is the receipt needed? I purchased this set less than one year ago, and the 7 cup bowl has chipped in several places. Large chips. How does the warranty work if I have misplaced/discarded my receipt?
