Piece of Garbage

The product broke immediately on first use. After I finished installing it and connected the hose (which I also bought from Canadian Tire) to it for the first time. Didn't even turn the water and just wanted to see how the hose rolled on it. That's when a pin came popped off and it was done. Really expected more from a product that is sold at CT. Extremely bad quality and a shear waste of time.

This product literally fell apart (it was held together by glue) before I was finished reeling in the hose for the first time. Do not recommend.

would recommend - how to stop the squealing

After 6 years of a lot of seasonal use, we are very satisfied with this product. A problem has come up recently with the squealing noise it makes when rolling it up. It likely needs oil and after some inspection I have an idea of where to oil, but no idea of how to access it. Any suggestions?

No leaks - great product

I waited for a while of use before I wrote this review. I have installed it on the wall and was amazed to find out that it never leaks. It is plastic but built well. I would recommend using only 50 ft hose with it. For a 100 ft, you may want to check for a metal frame.
