Great for Kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this tablet. Having just a kids profile is so nice. I dont have to worry about my son clicking on other profiles or trying to buy things. The one year kids freetime is a huge bonus. My son loves all the videos and games it has. I also really like that it can be set to certain ages. The screen is a great size, but too big and bulky and not too small to where you can't see anything. The cover is sturdy and comes with a built in stand. I do wish the tablet came with a screen protector already because the case is very hard to take on and off. It would also be nice if it had a handle but all in all it's a great tablet for kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this Amazon Fire HD 8 Kids Edition Tablet connected to our Wi-Fi and set up fairly quickly. I have two children who are sharing the tablet and I was able to set up a separate profile for each. With this tablet I was also able to set time limits and choose from a huge selection from the freetime app that had age appropriate content, such as educational games that even allow me to set goals associated with them, movies, books, TV shows and much more. A definite plus is the rugged kid friendly outer cover which also has a built in stand. Both the sound and LCD picture qualities are excellent and the photos my children take with the front and rear facing camera, they personally think are superior. It also has headphone jack which is a true blessing for my ears. This tablet charges quickly and the battery life is very good. Both my five and seven year old's are able to navigate it easily and the response time is decently fast. Overall completely satisfied with its performance thus far.

It’s great that I can control all the settings and monitor the content on her profile. The case that comes with it is awesome and super sturdy. This tablet was super easy to set up and I would definitely recommend this for little ones!
