Product Details

Allen’s Original White Vinegar with 5% acidity is good for use in canning, cooking and household cleaning. The acidic properties of the vinegar help dissolve dirt, grease and grime. It can clean windows, automatic coffee makers, dishes, food-related tools and equipment and more, and is good as a rinsing agent for dishwashers, bathroom tiles and grout. Vinegar is also a common food ingredient for canning, brines, pickling, vinaigrettes, marinades, etc. It can be used in food preparation to help control salmonella contamination in meat and poultry products.
