Worked amazing until it didn't!

I put this pump in my pond in June. It is designed to be a constant run. Worked like a champ until now....dead. Could there have been a factor? Maybe. All I know is the sump pump style used before ran for 9 years and the previous home owner did not maintain the pond like we do, so it would have been working hard chewing through debris.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: What is the footprint of this pump. I currently have a pond pump that delivers 7800 GPH That needs to be replaced. The footprint for my existing pump is 9-3/4" long and cannot be any longer as it fits into a sump. Is this pump available with more output?

Q: I have the receipt but no box for this pump. It will not work this year. Can I still exchange it at the store? It is not even a year old

A: This product carries a one year over the counter exchange warranty for manufacturing defects. The packaging is not required for the warranty to be exercised.

A: The diameter is 1.5" and the thread is NPT (national pipe thread). The waterfall pump also has a stepped adaptor for 1", 1.25" in addition to the 1.5"
