Alden Design Wireless Keyboard and Mouse

The worst keyboard I ever used. Absolute trash!. Terrible connection! You can expect to miss letters at least 5 times a minute. Mouse is also garbage. When you set it down on the mouse pad it will still wiggle all over your screen. I cannot believe this is being sold.

This combo unit is a clone of the Microsoft/Logitech designs, at a slightly cheaper price. However it is not as reliable or performing.

There was another article I found on the Canadian Tire site called WHAT DO ALL THE FANCY KEYS ON THE SIDES DO??? in the product support section of this site. Which might I say is very impressive that Canadian Tire went that in depth with their products help and description etc. I found it while looking to find out how to turn off the shortcut keys. Mainly the ones on the sides. When you grab your keyboard from the sides it starts clicking and opening windows related to the shortcut keys. It would be great if someone could email me and tell me how to turn them off it would be greatly appreciated. Other than that this keyboard works very well and has an extremely long range from pc. Keys are easily pressed, but not too easy that it will click when you go for that last second I "Don't want to click that key" pull back. Everyone has experienced that :#. I also like it because the small nano receiver #or whatever it's called# that goes into your keyboard will also run my mouse. One negative besides not being able to figure out how to turn off the shortcut keys, is the color of the letters on the keys are not very visible in various shades of low light. PLUS MOST IMPORTANT PART OF MY REVIEW You are buying this keyboard from the best bar non store in Canada you can shop at. If you have a problem with their products, they stand behind them. They offer great value for the money AND My favorite... the BEST sale prices ever. First thing I do on Thursday is check my Canadian Tire flyer. 90% + of the tools I own are made by Canadian Tires Mastercraft brand. Great Buy get It Steve

Keyboard is useless if you type at any speed. Misses characters or adds multiples of them. Taking this back!!! Wish I had checked the product ratings here first.

I bought the keyboard and mouse set. The mouse was OK but a little on the large size. The keyboard was garbage. Unless you type with one finger and take a break between each letter, it skips things you type and doubles, triples, etc. other letters. So this sentence could lok liiiikkkkkkkeeeeee tiiiissss.
