    Machine has light use (winter and mostly fast walking). It replaced previous home treadmill. The unit is OK, but has some quirks and I have had issues with it. The fan is nice but underpowered. The quick set buttons for speed are mph even when you change the display to Km. The warning beeps are full blast every startup which is annoying. The motor control board has burned out for the second time (luckily the first time was while it was on warranty). But it has happened again two years later. Do not expect quick response from the company for support. I bought it on sale; it definitely is not worth purchasing at the regular price.

    No, I do not recommend this product.

    I bought this after reviewing atleast 30 different treadmills , and I was looking for best buck for my money. Strong frame , big deck , and nicks display

    Very sturdy, some buttons not functioning

    Bought this with in home delivery. Was not delivered into my basement due to it physically being too large to fit without taking the box apart. It is extremely heavy. We moved it with 2 people but was incredibly hard to do. Would recommend using 3 or 4 people to move it. Putting together was easy enough. Took about an hour on my own. Machine is incredibly sturdy. It seems to run relatively well. However the stop button doesn't work. Tried calling help desk, simply hung up. It works as I can pause it to stop but it is irritating not having a stop button. Or good customer service. Will try calling again.

    Nous avons acheté ce tapis il y a trois mois. Après une seule utilisation, les commandes ne fonctionnaient plus. Un technicien est arrivé une première fois. La pièce envoyée n'était pas la bonne. Une autre pièce arrive et un deuxième technicien l'installe enfin!! Au bout d'une seule utilisation (après la réparation), les commandes re-tombent en panne. Nous allons retourner ce produit. Très frustrant. De très mauvaise qualité! Très déçus de notre achat!

    • A: Le calcul pour la distance peut être changé. La plupart des machines peuvent être changée entre miles et kilomètres dans le mode d’ingénierie 2 (EN92) ou le mode d’ingénierie 3 (EN93) Comment accéder le mode d’ingénierie : 1. Appuyer sur « INCLINE + » et « SPEED - » en même temps pour 5 secondes. 2. Il y aura 2 ou 3 beeps sonores et la console affichera ENGINEERING MODE ou ENG EN90 3. Appuyer sur - ou + (monter ou descendre) pour trouver le mode d’ingénierie désiré. EN92 ou EN93. 4. Une fois à EN92 ou EN93, appuyer sur « ENTER » et ensuite « START » pour changer entre miles ou kilomètres.

    Q: Can the usb port be used to power/charge an MP3 player? I realize that the usb port is designed to connect a flash drive for updates to software, however I'd like to know if it can accomplish more, ie. Charge/Power an Ipod, Cell, MP3 player, etc.

    • A: I asked the same question and was told "no". Still bought the treadmill but the box is heavy as it comes all in 1 box, and it was not easy to get it into my basement. The assembly however, it quite simple.
