Solid construction but not without flaws.

Ok, so here is a list of the pros and cons for anybody looking to buy this kayak. Pros: Drop-stitch floor and and chambers provide rigidity and feel of a solid kayak and it looks amazingly good. Excellent fill valves and pressure relief valves. Very light, easy to cary. Easy to fold and store in the trunk of your car. Fun and easy to paddle. Tracking is pretty decent considering the kayak measures only 10 feet. The seat is comfortable. Cons: The floor needs approximately 130 pump shots to reach the required 10 psi, making for a good workout specially the last 20 or 30 shots as the pressure builds up past 3 to 4 psi. The other chamber that shapes the kayak needs approximately 60 pump shots to reach 10 psi. There is not back pocket behind the seat to hold your cell phone and a drink bottle. Very limited storage area below the front deck, can only fit a pair of sandals or so. The back can accommodate slightly more. Be aware that the kayak hull is shaped in a V and seems easy fo flip if you lean over far enough, so not quite for beginners in my opinion. Because the drop-stitch floor is molded into the kayak and is non removable, any water that gets into the kayak has nowhere to and will eventually find its way below your seat cushion, so expect to be sitting on a wet seat after a few wave splashes. Should not be an issue if on a very calm lake. You’ll need to buy your own paddle as there is none supplied with the kayak.

I love this product. I'm used to a hard kayak so I was skeptical about the durability, handling and ease of entry with an inflatable. My balance and flexibility isn't what it used to be. It was fine. the hull is so flat and wide that I was able to kneel into it and swing my feet to the front fairly easily. And, she really goes!
