It's not white

I came in to buy a white timer, and the product on the shelf was black. Same stock number. Works the same. But misleading. Loud and piercing noise, generally a good thing in a timer.

Q: How do you turn this timer off?? Or Is it constantly using battery? Thx.

A: If you take the battery out, the display turns off. This leads me to believe that it is constantly using battery. Over the course of 2 months it drained the AAA battery despite not interacting with it.

A: Yes, press the Min and Sec buttons at the same time (see Reset). This puts it back to zero. However the device does not power off completely. Doesn’t seem to use much battery power so it’s not an issue.
