La température a 4 degrés de différence avec un thermomètre fiable. En Farenhight seulement. Le cordon de la sonde est raide.

Attention, le fil fond

Produit très intéressant et technologique. La communication entre la pagette et la base fonctionne bien. L'appareil a bien fonctionné jusqu'à mi-cuisson de ma première utilisation au BBQ. Je soupçonne que le problème est causé par le fil qui a fondu lentement pendant la cuisson. Retour au magasin. À mon prochain achat, je m'assure que le fil est gainé de fer et résistant

Have had 2 break down

I had purchased one and the unit died after 3 or 4 uses. The probe was still good, so I bought another unit thinking I would have a backup probe. After a few uses the second unit died. These have been the worst Cooking Thermometers I have ever had so will stay away from all Accu-temp products.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Unit failed after the second or third use, suspect an issue with the probe, but a replacement probe (available else where) is 30 - 50% of the cost of the unit.

Q: Can I use the product outdoor? Can I use it in an outdoor BBQ or meat smoker?

A: Yes, it can be used for BBQ but probe should not be exposed to an open flame - this can deteriorate the probe, The probe should be inserted into the meat.

A: Here are a few things to verify: -Are the batteries in both units (transmitter and the wireless receiver) good? - The temperature on the wireless Receiver will only register the temp if the transmitter wire, is placed in food in the oven.
