This Sandpaper features a tough, long-lasting aluminum oxide abrasive available in a wide range of grits. The paper's bonded construction increases its durability and resists clogging for longer sheet life, making it ideal at every stage of the 3M™ Body Repair System.

  • Designed for sanding primers, sealers, lacquers, and paints

  • Can be used wet or dry

  • Dry sanding saves you from having to dry the surface to check the progress of your work

The wet/dry sanding paper was purchased for work on hardwood flooring. I used it wet, which was a novelty. It is great if you want to keep the dust to zero.

Q: Is the "2000 grit" rated in the North American CAMI standard or is it really "P2000" grit in the European FEPA standard? Apparently, 3M does not label their sandpaper properly for anything above 1000.
