Great nuts but poor service

Went in and bought 20, had my mechanic install them. Picked my car up. Found out that one nut was defective. Ok fine, the problem was, when I went back to Canadian tire to exchange it they fought with me because they said we stripped the threads. Finally after fighting with the manager for well over 15 minutes they gave me a new one. Went back to the mechanic to get my tires tightened and turns out that they gave me the wrong one. Quality of the nuts are good. But the service and organization for Canadian tire is poor and gets “zero” stars

lug and nut

Had to replace wheel stud and nut because stud broke when the mechanic tried to change my wheel. All the other studs were rusted too and he cleaned them up, but one just wouldn't let go and broke. They had a lug and nut in stock and replaced it for me. Thank you.

  • A: Hi, so what you have there is a brake line, it's a tubing with fittings on both ends. That is NOT a wheel stud. I would suggest you return that item and explain what you need to the CSR.
