I asked a young man at ur parts dept, I needed pads & rotars for 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland & given the wrong parts., when I return the Part's there was a Manager who's speaking with a lady & I thought Parts was in the back so I buzzed bell 4 assistance & Manager decided to berate me by saying I should of known better than to ring bell & just assumed he's Parts. While many years ago I served my Country & one of the very 1st things taught was NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING !,BECAUSE IT MAKES AN "A,, OUT OF YOU & ME"!. I suggest Ur Manager learns next time serving a Customer who's spent ovr$10K @N.E. Peterborough Store since it's opening to treat Customers with more respect!. Sincerely Disappointed @ Professionalism & attitude I was given!.Other than this occurrence Ur Staff & Mgmt has been excellent and so has this employee, I understand people have bad days but I hope in the future he's way more Polite & Professional. Sincerely Mr. Edwin K. Howard
