Meh, its ok not great.

It's OK and probably better with normal.commercial bread. It requires more than the longest timer, which is 7 to properly toast a Sourdough Rye or a Spelt bread. Maybe all toasters are like that, but I find it disappointing spending this kind of money for a toaster that doesn't really toast well. Everything, except this first world issue, seems to work as advertised

Have been using for a year. Bread is evenly toasted and there are lots of levels to choose from. The bagel and frozen buttons have never worked.

No, I do not recommend this product.
