Q: Could this be painted onto upholstery as a protectant and sealant? Will it dry flexible?

Q: Is it possible to use it under whater ? Fixing my pool.

A: This product is intended for use above the waterline only. And for sure cannot be applied underwater. For underwater use (not application), we have 5200, 4200 and 4000UV. These are all rated for above AND below the waterline use.
