It really works!

I was skeptical at first but I'm a believer now. The product goes on easily with the provided applicator. The rubber brush gives the coating a "grooved" appearance and has some grit also to provide good friction. I used two coats and have played about 12 games. I just touched up a couple nicks today but otherwise the surface is totally intact. Pretty impressive durability. The tube contains enough for probably 2 coats on 6 sticks. I did my 2 sticks and my son's and only used about 1/2 the tube. On ice you'l find that the grip is not as tacky as at room temperature but still pretty close to tape + wax. I also used a coat on the but end of my stick (over the tape) and it feels great and is holding up well. No more $10 rubber but-ends needed! Try it out - you won't go back to tape.

Usually use CT black tape but found it only lasted for two games...used this 3M liquid tape on bare blade and found it to be quite durable...retains a rubbery yet slighty sticky surface for good puck control and feel. Have used for ten games now the durability is excellent even when taking face offs. Recommended as a new great product.
