    Bedside Table Powerbar

I bought this powerbar to use on my bedside table, as it charges my phone and tablet during the night. It's perfect for my needs and has just the perfect amount of plug ins. I'm happy with my purchase.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Fantastic device

I absolutely love this powerbar. I've owned it for three years now. It has surge protection on it, so I take it with me, to use with my laptop in restaurants, coffeeshops, airports etc. I carry it all the time when I travel, and can turn one socket into 4, able to run my laptop, my cintiq tablet, my iPhone and recharge my extra iphone powerbank all at once. Some have says it splits the charge, but I have found, though it slows down recharging time a wee bit, it is more than adequate to use AC current instead of battery power, saving your batteries for when you are away from sockets. Because the prongs that go into the socket fold away, it is very practical. As others have noted, the ability of the sockets to rotate 360 degrees really ups the functionality, as adaptors don't block each other's access to the other socket. I leave it plugged into a socket at home permanently, and use it to recharge all my phones, powerbanks etc on a daily basis. Like someone else suggested, the only thing that could improve it would be ability to plug directly into a car lighter socket. It is a bit bulky, so if you put an AC adapter into the car lighter socket, and then this, you might need a rubber band to keep this from drooping down. I do like the light on it which can tell me if I have power or not from my car lighter when travelling. Highly recommended. Sets the standard.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

USB can only charge one device at a time

It is a well designed unit, but if you are trying to charge more than one device ie. tablet and iPhone - then you are out of luck as it splits the wattage between the two USB ports rather than having a dedicated circuit for both.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

This power bar works fine and the USB is a nice bonus. For the price, I would have liked another oullet since 3 is not that much.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: USB Charge Apple Products? Would this charge 2 iPhones or 2 iPods at the same time?

    • A: Yes, absolutely. I have had no problem, even recharging an iPhone (USB) and a Macbook Pro (AC) and a HooToo Travelmate powerbank (USB)

Q: How powerful are the USB ports? Are iPads chargeable? Is it 0.5amp or 2.1amps or higher? 2.1amps would be enough to charge an iPad (or other higher drain devices) properly.

Q: How long is the wall cord?

    • A: This product actually doesn’t have a cord. The image online just shows something plugged into one of the outlets. This product is a power block that plugs into a socket to provide more outlets to the user.

Q: Can it be used in Europe (220V)?

    1 Answer
    • A: Unfortunately, the PowerCurve Mobile is not rated for 220-240 voltage so an adapter would have to be used.
