Ne retient pas la programmation

Le PTMS, à été programmer et installé par un mécanicien certifié et malheureusement le produit ne retient pas la programmation et n'est donc pas lu par l'ordinateur. Toujours message d'erreur capteur...Je devrais retourner chez le concessionnaire $$$++

2 of 4 Required Replacement So Far...

I had these installed in a set of brand new rims & tires by Canadian Tire on Stone Road in Guelph in the Spring of '24. I noticed one valve stem was leaking at the base where it meets the rim after just 2 months. A second one began leaking in the same manner after approximately 2 years. I don't know if they were damaged during installation, made of poor quality rubber or a combination of both, but having 2 of the 4 valve stems fail and require replacement within two years is completely unacceptable.

No, I do not recommend this product.

They installed these sensors on my truck with new tires. They held air great but only 3/4 transmitted air pressure. Later that week they were replaced and worked fine.

Sensor failure

I had these calibrated twice and both times the sensors failed after driving about 40 kms. I’m contemplating either have them recalibrated or just get Ford factory sensors.

Q: I had one tire get sidewall damage from my son hitting a curb. Tires were less than 18,000 kms on themso I was told I could just buy one tire of the sdame make and model for our 2019 AWD Buick Encore. Need 1 sensor, will it work with theother OEM sensors?

  • A: Unfortunately, TPMS sensors are not universal and will not fit every vehicle. To understand which one is best for you please contact your local Canadian Tire Service Centre for vehicle specific advice.
