A good detergent. Use a bit less than is suggested (especially if you don't have an HE machine) and if using a top loader make sure there's a decent amount of water in the bin with the soap before you add your clothes.

What a great product this is! My laundry has never been so easy to do! The stains came right off with no extra srubbing required! I loved it! and will definately keep using it!
