Not sure what to think of this. It's good I guess but previous reviews consistently say they break after a short period of use. Not the most accurate but gives an idea at least

Bought this thinking it would make a great choc thermometer since you have to be pretty accurate with the temps when tempering. Comparing it alongside my old analog thermometers this thing was all over the place! 84, 88, 92?!? all while the choc is sitting on the counter?! Amazing! The Choc is getting hotter sitting on the counter, while the analog remains steady! Point it at my hand, oh dear 108F, I guess i better drive myself to the hospital right away! Better yet don't even buy this piece of garbage since that's where mine went!

A Must Have for cooking on a Grill… or a BBQ…

This thermometer has what is needed to measure the temperature of both the grill as well as the meat you are cooking on the grill.
You can also use the probe as a stand to allow the thermometer to stand up if that makes it easier for you to read the indicated temperature.
