Bad product

The copper gasket provided was way too thin to do the job. I left the banjo bolt leaking all night. Impossible to seal. When I went back to the store, they couldn’t provide the appropriate part, and offered nothing other than an apology as recompense. I had to search around the city and finally found the part at a dealership and was charge $30. So I wasted a day driving around and pay the premium to do business with Canadian Tire.

Another one bites the dust

This is the 3rd one in almost 3 years... They make it very close to, or just past a year by the time you find out theres an issue and warranty is over. Either the piston seals leak or the slider pins seize and it ends up costing you a rotor and set of brake pads... I really hope this one lasts or this will be the last time I use them. I pulled the slider pins out and there is very very little grease on them and the slider pin boots are substandard to the replacement kits sold at canadian tire. They’re very thin, flimsy and poor quality . Not made to last harsh Northern Alberta winters or climate. The caliper seals on the one that just failed also seem very thin and poor quality. It's disappointing, They can definitely do better, and i hope they do !!!!

Only lasted 9 months before total failure

I bought the front left caliper in June 2025 and it failed March 2026, seals leaking in one of the pistons and would always stick after applying breaks.

No, I do not recommend this product.
