Q: I have a 2006 Pontiac Wave 5 Door Hatchback. I'm told that there is play in the strut mounts and that they need to be replaced to ensure an alignment could be completed properly. Would strut mounts be included in the QuickStrut assembly for my vehicle?

A: The upper bearing plate was included in the strut assembly when I installed mine on my car. As they come "loaded" I would fully expect that yours would include the top bearing plate.

Q: Is this item on sale. I have a 2001 chevrolet cavalier and was going to purchase four new strut assemblies, I would like to know if the sale buy one get one free is still available if so when does this sale usually end.

Q: Why does it say for Toyota Tundra "without trd package" ? Most Tundras on the road are either trd offroad or sports. and from what I've seen the struts are all similar in how they bolt to the truck. Other sites show customers bolting these to any tundra

A: Hi, thank you for the question. The Monroe Quick Strut (depending on model year and trim) does not fit vehicles equipped with the TRD OFF-ROAD Package. The TRD OFF-ROAD Package equips vehicles with special suspensions to allow for increased off-road capabilities and performance, and in turn has different strut assemblies compared to the non-TRD OFF-ROAD equipped trucks. For additional fitment related questions, feel free to reach out to your local CT Automotive Department.
