Based on the vehicle information you’ve provided, in order to install the Backrack Louvered Rack Part 12500 (CTC SKU# 0348958), the Backrack Hardware Kit Part 30119 (CTC SKU# 0348095) is required if you’re vehicle does not have a tonneau cover or a truck box.
