Q: Can the SYLVANIA 1157R RED ZEVO LED bulb be used on boat trailers where the bulb will be submersed? is a resistor required if the one bulb is a brake light, running light and a signal light.

One resistor would be used for one light, including a multi-functioning application such as a brake light, running light and a signal light.
