How to apply wall decals

Want to get creative without making any commitments? Wall decals give you lots of options. Don’t worry — you got this!

5 STEPS

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

STEP 2

Arrange the decals.

Next, tape the pieces to the wall with painter’s tape, so you can visualize the final result.

STEP 3

Remove the decal from backing.

When you’ve finished your design plan, gently peel the backing off one piece at a time, being careful not to touch the sticky surface. Next, tape the pieces to the wall with painter’s tape, so you can visualize the final result.

STEP 4

Apply decal starting from one edge.

Start by applying one edge to the wall and gently press the rest of it with your hand. If necessary, gently peel the decal off the wall and reposition it.

STEP 5

Press into place with a soft cloth.

If there are air bubbles, press them out gently. Once you have the perfect arrangement. Press each decal with a soft cloth starting in the centre then working toward the edges.
