When you don't have your receipt, we will offer a receipt look-up. Receipt look-up enables Canadian Tire stores to verify credit or debit card purchases within 90 days of the date of purchase.
Unopened items in original packaging returned with a receipt within 90 days of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange. Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Valid photo ID may be required to confirm this information.

Exchanges are handled in the same manner as product returns. To exchange a product, simply bring it to any Canadian Tire store within 90 days, in its original condition and packaging, with your receipt and issue of Canadian Tire "Money"®. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please call our Online Customer Service Department immediately at 1-866-SHOP-CTR (746-7287). It is important that you contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping charges. If you do not contact us prior to shipping the item back to us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
