    I bought this Zmax for my Lexus ES 300 2003, the 1st gear of the transmission was slipping and creating a disgusting noise, my mechanic recimmended to replace the transmission, I decided no (195 000Km), added Zmax and 3 hrs later no more noisy transmission, this product works pretty well, recommended!

    I had an occasional harsh shift from my trucks automatic transmission. I knew it was nothing serious but wanted to see if I could eliminate it from happening, so I put in a bottle of Zmax transmission conditioner with great results. It's been a couple of months now and the harsh shift is gone.

    my tranny has over 400,000kms on it and shifted very ruff and took forever to shift. within an hour of driving it shifts like it did when it had 200,000 kms on it hardly notice it shift anymore before it shook the whole truck really bad, now just beautiful. maybe ill get another 100,000kms or so out of it!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ANYM VEHICLE WITH ANY AGE TO KEEP IT RUNNING STRONG FOR YEARS TO COME NOW TO SEE IF THE ENGINE OIL ONE WILL FIX MY KNOCKING CYLINDER!!

    Q: I have a "sealed" transmission, how could I used this product?

    • A: The simplest way to confirm if you a 'sealed' automatic transmission is to determine if there is a "dip" stick to check the transmission levels underneath the hood. If there is no dipstick then it usually indicates that it is a "sealed" automatic transmission. Regarding application of ZMAX. On a standard shift the ZMAX can be added to the gear oil from underneath. On a "sealed" transmission and depending on the recommended OE service levels for that particular transmission, ZMAX can also be added from underneath when being serviced.
