Perfect size for individual side dishes or fruit

I found these at the grocery store when I was looking for things to use when packing meals for my husband who is currently in assisted living for rehab on his back. He does not care for their food, so I fix his lunch and dinner to take to him. These rectangular containers hold the right amount of cut-up fruit or cold veggies for snacking. They also hold the right amount of rice, noodles, hot veggies, etc., for his meals. All I have to do is wrap the hot items in heavy-duty foil and they stay hot. I toss them in the dishwasher and start over the next day. I love these little things! I wish I could find more of them, but they are not in any of our stores. So sad!!

Great for holding large crayons

I love the size of these containers. Large crayons fit perfectly in them. I found these several years ago when I was looking for a container to place large crayons in. My students (4 & 5 year olds) had torn their crayon boxes so badly I had to put some in plastic ziploc bags. Well little ones have trouble opening and closing ziploc bags, so I needed to find something else that would hold their crayons. 90% of my students have no problem closing these boxes. My students don't have desks, so I store their crayons in caddies that are placed on the tables when we need to use our crayons, scissors, and pencils. I wanted something that would fit easily in the caddies and three of these fit okay in the caddies I use. At the end of the school year, washed these with warm soapy water and they were ready for a new set of students. Depending on how rough my students are with these, I replace them every 2 - 3 years. Some years I just have a hard time finding them.

I would not buy this product again

I cannot get the lids to close tight. When you press on the center they do not go closed tight. I really like the shape of these and was going to buy more !!

Love this shape/size

I use this shape and size to organize medical supplies in the bedside storage drawer of a surgery center. This shape and size is perfect to safely store the non-sterile 2x2 gauze that we use so often. It stays clean, stacked and easily accessible.

This product is only OK at best, bring back the 8 oz round!!

The 8 oz round containers were PERFECT for tons of things!! Please bring them back. I prefer Ziploc brand to all others, but now that I can't find what I need, I have to look at other things (no selection there either). But though this rectangular 8 oz design doesn't fill that bill, it has a pretty good use - celery and berries is about all I find to fit in there. I can't say they hold up very well, though. I've already lost 2 to broken lids so I hate to buy more. Didn't have them very long before they broke.
