Good quality muzzle

I bought the Alpha dog muzzle in Large for my female golden retriever who has been getting aggressive with other dogs.
The muzzle is a caged design with rubber type material which makes it very easy for the dogs to bark, drink and pant when tired.
This muzzle is smooth and doesn’t cause any rubbing or pain to the dogs at all.
I took off 1 star because the muzzle itself is too short. The Large size chart indicated that the large size fits my dogs head and measurements but unfortunately it was too short for her snout and I ended up having to cut the front T nose bar off because it was restricting my dogs breathing.
The muzzle stays on well with the adjustable strap.
For extra security, I wrap the strap around my dogs collar once.
I would recommend this muzzle for training.

Sturdy and fits perfectly

I had to use a muzzle to groom my anxious mutt as he may snap without warning. Professional groomers will not take him. This muzzle is made of solid rubber and has well made straps. But still, the muzzle will slip off occasionally.

A: Sizing is different from one dog to another. We would suggest coming into one of our stores and trying one on. The muzzle dimensions are as follows: Top length: 7 cm (2.7 in), Bottom Length: 10.7 cm (4.2 in), Circumference: 30 cm (11.8 in).
