The connection to the hose could have been a half inch longer as it's very tight to screw in. Also the holes where to screw it into a wall could have been better aligned so you could use a drill. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Great features, nice quality.

This was an excellent purchase. love the fact that it rotates, and swivels. it mounted easily to the side of my deck near the spigot and offered a quick way to uncoil and coil the hose. This works well and looks like a good solid unit made of metal. I will be sure to drain it for the winter season, to prevent potential freezing damage. The basket is perfect addition also for all my attachments.

Worthless Warranty’s

Purchased 4 years ago but don’t hoard receipts. Went to exchange only to be told not without receipt and they have no way of looking up past purchase. Might as well only offer 90 days.

No, I do not recommend this product.

  • A: Rajin is correct. There are no screws to attach this to a structure. You'll need to buy them separately depending on if you're attaching it to concrete, brick, wood, etc as is mentioned in the instructions it comes with.

Q: The male thread on the hose reel will not stop leaking! It is white metal! I have used three different fittings and silicone to stop it. No luck! Can that male section be replaced? This is my third season using it.What can I do?

Q: Swivel won’t lock? Worked well last year, this year after remounting I find the pin that locks the swivel mechanism in place is not holding. The reel is wobbly and while rewinding the hose the pin slips out of the hole and the reel starts to rotate freely. I have tightened the bolt but no help. Any fixes for this? Am I missing a washer or something?
