The Yardworks Bowsaw boasts a powder-coated frame for optimum resistance to both rust and scratches, and can serve as an all-purpose saw for garden work. The blade of the saw is manufactured from cold-rolled steel and fastened with a special rivet that will never fall out when you’re changing the blade, providing superior cutting performance as well as much easier blade changes. Ideal for rough cuts through wet and green wood, this bowsaw also comes with an impressive plastic tooth protector that extends the tool’s longevity. The bowsaw is available in a variety of sizes, so be sure to choose the one that suits your personal gardening needs.

Q: What is the thread on the bolt that holds the blade on? I have lost the wingnut that came with it and need to replace. I tried an 8-32 and it did not fit.

A: I did the same thing and finally just grabbed another saw. The saw is great and I reflexively tighten the wingnuts.

Q: What is product # (SKU?) for Yardworks Bowsaws? Website seems not to list - indicates they come in 12", 21", 24" & 30". I own a 30" and want to get replacement blades for it. Packaging from past purchase seems to indicate 57-1231-0 (use with 57-7483-4).
