I've had my Worx Trimmer and Blower for more than 10 years now. Both are very durable. Light and easy to use/operate to trim grass, edges, bushes, hedges and blow trimmed with blower Keeps my yard clean and manicured.

I have five worx tools and they are all quality tools that do great jobs and seem to last forever. A: Thank-you, Thrifty Worxer! I am going to try your idea of rewinding the empty spools with .065 commercial grade trimmer string. The spools are not free at all when you have to pay over $9 for shipping and are charged tax on the shipping fee. That's because those refill spools are actually $1.56 plus tax apiece. And that's why you can't order more than one set of 6 spools at a time. I like my trimmer and have had it for years, but I hate how the company lies to its customers.

We offer pre-wound spools conveniently so that you do not have to worry about rewinding the line. You may rewind the line using any .065" line found at most hardware stores. A: I get my replacements on Amazon. You get them for really cheep and along as they fit. Most do fit, never had a problem

Q: I like the convenience of ordering these spools, but the last time I did 5 of the six spools had multiple spots where the line was melted to each other. This caused the line to break as I tried to advance it. Has anyone else had this problem?

A: i have the same irritating problem with the recent replacement spools. i have wasted so much line because it keeps breaking . Im on my 2nd weedwacker and never used to have this trouble years ago. my neighbors all laugh that they are done weed wacking their whole yard and im still fooling around trying to get the line to work multiple times. There must be some kind of flaw if other customers are complaining. I dont accept your excuse that its the way the customer is storing the spools.
